Before you walk-in or reserve your spot at Sincera, make sure urgent care is the right option for you. Our team can treat a wide range of illnesses and injuries, but sometimes patients need an higher level of care. Visit our services page to determine if urgent care is the right level of care for your symptoms.

What hours is Sincera Urgent Care open?
Accessibility and convenience are key when an acute injury or illness occurs outside of traditional business hours and weekdays. Sincera Urgent Care operates seven days a week with extended morning and evening hours, so patients have convenient access to care when they need it most. Yes! We offer self-pay pricing for patients without health insurance.
How much does a typical visit to Sincera Urgent Care cost?
The cost of a visit varies based on the services you receive and the specifics of your health insurance plan. Sincera accepts most major insurance plans to help patients avoid out-of-network costs and also offers affordable self-pay pricing for those without insurance or those who wish to pay for their visit without using their insurance.

Sincera accepts most major forms of insurance, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, HealthPartners, Aetna, Iowa Total Care, Midlands Choice (Cigna), Medicare, Medicaid, Molina Healthcare, Amerigroup, First Health Network, Boomy Health, Sanford Health Plan, United Healthcare Community Plan and more.

How do I pay my bill?
You can pay your bill online by visiting our Bill Pay Portal. To make a one-time payment, you will need to enter your code found on your billing statement. You may also pay your bill by logging into your Sincera Health Patient Portal.

Does Sincera Urgent Care treat patients of all ages?
Sincera providers will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, including infants.
What types of services and treatment options are offered at Sincera Urgent Care?
Sincera treats a wide variety of acute injuries and illnesses, including cuts, wounds, fevers, fractures, sprains, cough and more.
As a certified urgent care center, Sincera has the necessary equipment onsite to diagnose and treat patients during their point of care. If necessary, our team can complete X-rays, laboratory services, EKGs, stitches, splints and more.
Does Sincera Urgent Care treat dental issues, such as tooth aches?
If you’re experiencing sudden or persistent tooth discomfort or have a dental injury, call your dentist first. If it’s during regular business hours, they may be able to see you. If you need care outside of business hours, your dentist may refer you to an emergency dentist, urgent care center or emergency room.
Does Sincera Urgent Care conduct eye examinations or treat eye injuries?
Our providers do not prescribe glasses or contacts, but can perform limited medical eye examinations. Sincera providers can diagnose and treat eye-related illness or injury, such as pink eye and corneal abrasions.
If the symptoms you are experiencing seem vision-threatening or you have a severe eye injury, visit your nearest emergency room.
Can Sincera Urgent Care treat chronic conditions?
Sincera providers will gladly evaluate anyone in need of immediate medical care. However, existing chronic medical conditions, such diabetes, asthma, and arthritis, are best managed by a primary care practitioner who can work with patients on a long-term treatment plan.
Remember, if you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Does Sincera Urgent Care offer physicals or immunizations?
Sincera does not offer physicals or preventative immunizations. We do offer Tetanus boosting when indicated. A primary care practitioner should be seen for preventative care, such as routine physicals, screenings and immunizations.
Does Sincera Urgent Care provide mental health services?
Sincera Urgent Care can evaluate and treat mental health concerns on an emergent but non-life threatening basis. If you are experiencing suicidal or homicidal thoughts or auditory or visual hallucinations, go to your nearest emergency room.
Referrals and Prescriptions
Does Sincera Urgent Care make referrals to other providers?
Yes. Sincera providers can help with referrals to other healthcare providers after treatment at urgent care. It is important Sincera patients receive the follow-up care they need.
I visited Sincera Urgent Care and received a prescription. Can I request refills from my Sincera provider?
Because chronic conditions are best monitored by a primary care provider (PCP), patients should be seen by a PCP for medication refills. If you do not have a primary care provider, we will gladly refer you to one.
