Know where to go

Primary, urgent and emergency care all serve distinct, yet complementary, purposes in healthcare. When you’re ill or injured, knowing where to go can ensure you are seen based on the urgency of your ailment, saving you longer wait times or higher co-pays.

Primary Care

Primary care is the foundation of healthcare, and your primary care provider should be your first call in non-urgent situations. Patients should see their primary care provider for overall health concerns, preventative care and treatment of chronic health issues. Sincera Urgent Care respects and appreciates the exceptionally high quality primary care providers in our community.

Urgent Care

Urgent care specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of illnesses and injuries that are not life-threatening but could get worse if not treated within 24 hours.

Urgent care does not replace primary care, but gives patients the ability to be seen immediately for illnesses and injuries that need urgent attention. Like in emergency care, patients treated at Sincera Urgent Care are asked to follow up with their primary care provider for continuity of care.

Emergency

Emergency care should be sought any time a condition is life, limb or vision threatening. Emergency rooms are equipped to handle life-threatening conditions requiring immediate attention, such as heart attacks, severe injuries and critical illnesses.
